Q:1 How long have the tutors/trainers been in the industry for?

We have over 25 years combined experience between our trainers

Q:2 What tools / equipment are included?

We provide a complete tool kit with everything to get you started

Q:3 What percentage of the course is practical / classroom based?

90% practical / 10% theory. The theory is to gain and understanding of the market place, legal issues and marketing/pricing

Q:4 How many people will attending the course as well as me?

Our course is only on a 1 to 1 basis. Giving you the best quality training, and opportunity to ask any questions or concerns that you may have, as well as for us to identify and problems that you are having.

Q:5 Will I get any film to take away after the course is finished to practice with?

We use a lot of film during the training, sometimes there is some film left over, this is perfect for you to use to practice with.

Q:6 What backup and support do I get after the training?

There is a dedicated technical support line to call if you are in need of any assistance. We also provide a DVD that follows that training that you can use a reference tool. We also provide FREE, seminars and workshops throughout the year.

Q:7 Do you provide any promotional items?

We provide point of sale material, sample books & warranty certificates

Q:8 Do I get a certificate/accreditation after completing the course?

We provide you with a certificate to say you have attended your course, with the name of you and your trainer

Q:9 Can I speak to your past customers?

We have long list of testimonials and references from our past customers which would be contactable.

Q:10 Do you provide accommodation in the course cost?

We provide accommodation locally the training complex for the duration of the course. If you don’t have a car, we can arrange transportation for pick up and drop off.

Q:11 Is there any advertising that you provide?

Yes, we do an advertising package this costs £50 per month to be on our website. We do all of the site optimisation so that customers can easily find you in your area.
